Reflect longer
Just bit more deeper
Discussion and little chat are never just that
Sit in deep thought
That's this communication with ourselves
Mind game we all should engage deeper with
That person sat in quiet with while supped on a cup of tea
It's bit intermit ..for some it's awkward and a challenge
Just life......while try to get up that great big hill called hope.
Talk .... experiment... experience..reflect. . .share....talk more...repeat...
