How do you find cognitive therapy

What skills help you cope?
Here are few l use.......
Listening to others
Demonstrating emphasis around others issues
Walking in nature with family and friends
Enjoying silence
Recognise that not every day's a great moment
Preparing for better periods as Experiance shows me ...it gets better!
The tough times can feel long
Watching TV not to much long indulgence 
Cooking fresh as l can
OK have simple things
Not envious of others


Love ...YOU..been alongside yourself through quite a lot

Work through and ask for support
Can you read up on issues that concern you
Dance....paddle...build sandcastles.....
Pray seek God...whatever you conceive God to be,get to know Gods purpose for you.
Drink Jack Daniels . . . .most of what l have put here you can adjust...but glass of JD, best l can offer
