Today l put spoonful of coleslaw in my coffee ......looked at milk poured over my sandwich....... Watched a film called ;Still Alice;-
don`t have a clue what it was about?
Life at 62.....
serious l did this..but know what film was about.
odd things happen..old men sit and think more
taste changes..
do not eat so much...
walk slower if same distance...
BUT must not become a yesterday person
Play squash almost every day.
Almost play Wii Tennis daily .
Read every day.
Cook fresh food.
Engage in conversations.
Exist in second person someplace in internet world
Listen deeper
Walk closer
Understand less....still miss people more....
