Heart felt

Did you know that the heart is in a constant two-way dialogue with the brain,
Further the heart sends more information to the brain
than the brain sends to the heart.
 The heart is also credited with storing its very own memories.
How might these be different to the Brain,
so what we think might not be what we feel.
The Spiritual Heart -- is in a way a little like a smart phone, invisibly connecting us to a large network of information. It is through an unseen energy that the heart emits that humans are profoundly connected to all living things. The energy of the heart literally links us to each other

the spiritual heart is a new expression to myself

l understand it means == how we communicate to each other

how we share as groups

the way we glodaly interact

what l say affect`s you 

how you behave affects myself

but the spiritual heart thinking is this 

that how l feel affects others

the more closer we are 

the more you will be affected

yeah sure l get that

Struggling at present with weight and sleep issue.
