alongside you and I

there is this view l have
that God is alongside us
when we gasp at the world
ponder at that film
struck by hatred and dislike shown
wild thoughts escape from own insides

the sea will return later today
flowing across the sands
making a beautiful noise as it caresses the pebbles
l listen to the sounds of a beach
