Bad practice ( the remix)

am a company director, it is a unpaid position.

when l was appointed received a Government letter, very correctly, informed myself about
the duties and responsibilities l have.
The position was offered me after a period of unfortunate circumstances had resulted in the organisation, a `charity café` providing meals for poor. been negligent and lost £5000+
We were also having appointed a new worker not diligent about the probation period, illness and holidays all within short period and six months into the post the worker had not attended any training dates.
Despite this from week one the worker had been given almost half again the hours above what we had agreed. there was no revue of the worker.
When l queried this issue people became abusive sending pretty poor comments directly to me.
This show Christian in poor light as we should follow good practice, ensuring probation period followed and invite concerns, compliments and comments.
Also legal compliance.
The reason many come to find faith is because of relationships that are encouraging.
One of the main reasons people leave the Church and loose Faith is because of broken and damaged relationships.
I am big enough, ugly enough and been around a long time, but it very sad when point out legal truths and bad practice and you are treated so unfavourable.
Very soon l will no longer be a company director of a café providing meals to the poor.

The reason many come to find faith is because of relationships that are encouraging.
One of the main reasons people leave the Church and loose Faith is because of broken and damaged relationships.

Worried for our youth

Open honest letter by footie player....plus vinyl simple pleasures

Dear Hull City fans,

Due to the wonderful five years that not only myself, but my wife Erica and four children, have experienced while playing for this fantastic club, I feel compelled to write you an open letter to express my extreme gratitude for all of the support and best wishes I have received at this time.

Firstly, I would like to say thank you to you the fans, for the unbelievable support I have received in my time here as a player and I hope I have represented you in a way that would make you rightly be proud of this amazing club. It has been an unbelievable journey!

Wonderful letter sent by a player whose been released by Hull City FC north of England footie team
He responds by sending open letter to the supporters showing his love for the city
He displays like a few others Paul Mcshane,Stevie Harper a real connect with the game it's fans and the local environment
Often we hear of negative stuff about players sometime shear humanity breaks through and honest openness and emotions are displayed
Lovly guy good heart and like the others named a true professional

Now onto other issues
Tough discussion come my way but it all about misunderstanding
Downloaded some tracks of music yesterday
But l do not like downloads prefare vinyl and CD's
Like to have something to hold then listen to it
Instead of this crappy download business
Also very poor l like to have music
In my passion my life part of who l am
With me it's part of my informing
Indeed my spirituality

Let's be honest who remembers there first download
But the smell
The feel
The pleasure
The love given
The sound made of vinyl
Also carrying a stack of CD to play with others
Great fun
Like they say "girl get your records on"
Indeed everyone get your music playing

Expensive nite in Malta

A 34-year-old woman from St Julian's has been found guilty of prostituting herself and relapsing, yet was found not guilty of stealing €11,300 euros from a client during a supposed "10-minute" sex romp
A court heard two conflicting versions of what happened on the night of 13 May 2013, when the man picked the woman up from Gzira and they proceeded to her St Julian's flat to have sex.
DOES anyone know what relapsing is because l done a it of it myself l think
Anyway read on because it gets a bit more worrying

The Magistrate noted that the man gave conflicting versions to different police officers about how much money he was carrying in the envelope, with the amounts varying from €10,000 to €15,000.
Dr Scerri Herrera said the man had not explained his movements on the day prior to going with the prostitute, and his business partner was never called to testify by the prosecution.
The Magistrate said his excuse about not being able to deposit the money because banks are closed on a weekend "is no excuse," as deposits can be made 24 hours a day.
The Magistrate said it is "far from ideal" running around with such large sums of cash and going with a prostitute.
The woman was found guilty of loitering and relapsing, and was sentenced to one year imprisonment.
She was cleared of the theft charges.
Well
All
In
All
It sounds like a pretty expensive nite out
Mind you what would l know
My recycling bins goes out more them myself
Hahahahaha

Freedom from ISIS scum.

Praise the risen lord and most Hgh,great news in tragic events in the Middle East, praise God.

Kurdish forces have retaken Assyrian Christian villages in northeastern Syria from Islamic State.

Father Emanuel Youkhana, who leads a Christian Aid effort to help displaced believers in northern Iraq, told the Catholic News Service: "All the villages along the Khabour River have been liberated."

He also said a local clergyman in Tal Tamar village "rang the church bell to celebrate".

The militant group took more than 230 Assyrian Christians hostage from the villages in February, who are still missing according to advocacy group A Demand For Action.

Islamic State has made significant gains in Iraq and Syria recently.

Yesterday, the extremists captured the central Syrian city of Palmyra, which contains a UNESCO world heritage site.

And in the last week, militants captured the Iraqi city of Ramadi, which is 60 miles west of the capital Baghdad. Hundreds of Iraqi troops died in the conquest, before the others were forced to flee.

25,000 people were also forced to flee from Ramadi as a result, according to the United Nations.

Cranky Kevin,well sometimes l am.

Once l was a young healthy man

Then April 2012 Heart issue came and stayed

Like a mate sitting near the fire cuppa in one hand

Enjoying my life with myself due to the tablets l struggle sometimes do not always practice patience

I often go back in my mind to that time before this Heart concern want to run fast

Box clever in the square ring

Stay up talking all night

I want toget up gofer those long walks

Still I pray,l read, watch some TV make plans

But l am slower

Weaker

Less reliable

Future not so sure and occasional like the author of the following l can be a bit cranky

Still really really miss that special someone ,life it's a journey, real pleasure even if it's a challenge

Read this poem,reflect,process, Godbless You.

Cranky Old Man

What do you see nurses? . . .. . .What do you see?

What are you thinking .. . when you're looking at me?

A cranky old man, . . . . . .not very wise,

Uncertain of habit .. . . . . . . .. with faraway eyes?

Who dribbles his food .. . ... . . and makes no reply.

When you say in a loud voice . .'I do wish you'd try!'

Who seems not to notice . . .the things that you do.

And forever is losing . . . . . .. . . A sock or shoe?

Who, resisting or not . . . ... lets you do as you will,

With bathing and feeding . . . .The long day to fill?

Is that what you're thinking?. .Is that what you see?

Then open your eyes, nurse .you're not looking at me.

I'll tell you who I am . . . . .. As I sit here so still,

As I do at your bidding, .. . . . as I eat at your will.

I'm a small child of Ten . .with a father and mother,

Brothers and sisters .. . . .. . who love one another

A young boy of Sixteen . . . .. with wings on his feet

Dreaming that soon now . . .. . . a lover he'll meet.

A groom soon at Twenty . . . ..my heart gives a leap.

Remembering, the vows .. .. .that I promised to keep.

At Twenty-Five, now . . . . .I have young of my own.

Who need me to guide . . . And a secure happy home.

A man of Thirty . .. . . . . My young now grown fast.

Bound to each other . . .. With ties that should last.

At Forty, my young sons .. .have grown and are gone,

But my woman is beside me . . to see I don't mourn.

At Fifty, once more, .. ...Babies play 'round my knee,

Again, we know children . . . . My loved one and me.

Dark days are upon me . . . . My wife is now dead.

I look at the future ... . . . . I shudder with dread.

For my young are all rearing .. . . young of their own.

And I think of the years . . . And the love that I've known.

I'm now an old man . . . . . . .. and nature is cruel.

It's jest to make old age . . . . . . . look like a fool.

The body, it crumbles .. .. . grace and vigour, depart.

There is now a stone . . . where I once had a heart.

But inside this old carcass . A young man still dwells,

And now and again . . . . . my battered heart swells

I remember the joys . . . . .. . I remember the pain.

And I'm loving and living . . . . . . . life over again.

I think of the years, all too few . . .. gone too fast.

And accept the stark fact . . . that nothing can last.

So open your eyes, people .. . . . .. . . open and see.

Not a cranky old man.

Look closer . . . . see .. .. . .. .... . ME!!

One chance to be a hero the KC stadium on the pitch room for 11 heroesto emerge, we still believe

One chance to be a hero the KC stadium on the pitch room for 11 heroes to emerge, we still believe

We still believe
We still  . . . .oh forget it

One chance to be a hero the KC stadium on the pitch room for 11 heroes to emerge, we still believe

It tough living near SFC supporters ,called Mackems, and other friends and neighbours are Toon army

Would be real nice for the north for all three teams to survive in the economic sense also cultural sense

But not going to happen

It wil be Hull City who lose and OK fine with that as they played too many games without true heart or fulfilled promise

Really to be honest it is emotional, dramatic entertainment, but it is just that `entertainment`

There are much bigger issues to be addressed in the world, then the outcome of men playing with a round ball. on a Saturday afternoon.

That's reality

Just a funny ole game

Nothing more

Get up play again very soon after

To win

Or lose

Even draw

Some will still wake up hungry

Cold

Isolated

Single

Hurt damaged and broken because of everyday life

Facing poverty,hunger ,concerned

The outcome of one football match will not  make the difference these people want, need or desire.

I was there in 1974 a teenager in Hull

Was there all excited.
Loads of Man Utd fans looked like that to us then ,sorry Man Utd fans
We chased them outta Hull,
We beat them on the pitch.
I still hope we can again
Pray it important but in the realm of things this is not huge.
It is just a game of footie!
The past often arrives in the present
While Hope put on her coat, and left the building.

So today's plans scuppered plans to chill relax, take tablets, and veg out
With a old DVD.
Neighbour needed help and transport.
Thank God could and did help.
Because had so much help from others
Thank you lord.

Here the lyrics to a song can not get anywhere
It's by Paul Williams
............

Well I walked all around this crowded planet
But I walked all alone
Tho' the places changed the faces stayed the same
Spendin' my money, makin' up funny stories
Like ya' tell

In a noisy bar where no one knows your name
Runnin' out of places still worth runnin' to
Takin' pictures no one's home to see
Makin' deals with small town tourist
Traveling alone
I'll take one of you to Rome
If you'll take one of me

And just when I'm givin' up lookin' for love
Look what I found, oh look what I found
Just when I'm givin' up lookin' for love
Look what I found, oh look what I found

Well I know how it feels to love somebody
When they don't feel the same
Sure it breaks your heart and you fall apart inside
Lovers behind you laughing behind you
Ev'rywhere you go
And the hurt you feel is just too big to hide

Couples only seating at the dinner show
Sorry that you stood so long in line
Nothin' really matters
When the one who cared has gone
Some of us have just one chance
And I thought I'd use mine

hopeless l wish you`d believe me

Hope has its coat on
ready to abandon
luckless and limited person
Escape is not impossible

May 17, 2015

She put him out like the burnin' end of a midnight cigarette
She broke his heart he spent his whole life tryin' to forget
We watched him drink his pain away a little at a time
But he never could get drunk enough to get her off his mind
Until the night

[1st Chorus]
He put that bottle to his head and pulled the trigger
And finally drank away her memory
Life is short but this time it was bigger
Than the strength he had to get up off his knees
We found him with his face down in the pillow
With a note that said I'll love her till I die
And when we buried him beneath the willow
The angels sang a whiskey lullaby

(Sing lullaby)

The rumors flew but nobody knew how much she blamed herself
For years and years she tried to hide the whiskey on her breath
She finally drank her pain away a little at a time
But she never could get drunk enough to get him off her mind
Until the night

[2nd Chorus]
She put that bottle to her head and pulled the trigger
And finally drank away his memory
Life is short but this time it was bigger
Than the strength she had to get up off her knees
We found her with her face down in the pillow
Clinging to his picture for dear life
We laid her next to him beneath the willow
While the angels sang a whiskey lullaby

(Sing lullaby)

Disappointed watching hull city season

Suppose someone else already stated how disappointing watching Hull City can be
For myself it been a painful life long experiance
However it the lack of natural abilities that compound the issues
Not scoring a major concern
Despite some attractive skill on show
The fiancé pay out to see the match should warrant a bit more effort from the players
All season the results and style not been of premier league standerd
Also Been the case of all the northern teams
So we go into the last weekend with hope
But not faith
I whimper from my downtrodden sporting spirit
'Cum on U 'ell'

Local SPIRITOFTHESTREETS

Few views of locality
One from the `cliffs` showing the train of 23 carriages that rumble along the cliffs taking coal to Newcastle
The other is from `seal sands` looking across the river to the economy
Always cold although l is beginning to think l am losing my body control as always cool to me
Oh but the wind . . . . The last 8 years been windy

The pride of hull city FC ...well hope anyway

@KevinWllr: All the speeches words of wisdom you have heard hope that all HCFC players simply win next two games nothing less
As l tweeted no wisdom can help if not in the heart of the players

No speeches they had all season to perform
The process can only be victory
The rewards are great and seldom do we non players get a chance like they have
Just simply go and win perform like you have not done this all season
No more reading about fast cars
Loose women
Or casino jackpots
Go and care for the name of Hull City FC
Forget your idols your time in the sun
Even a stray dog gets to lie down in the hot sun
Your time is now play perform be premier league
Take the name of hull City to the level that is needed for the city of culture
Let's see some pride

May 14, 2015

you got hope, when stars go out at nite

When your down and confused and you need a helping hand
just look over your shoulder l`ll be there
winter spring summer or fall
all you got to do is call
you've got a friend

Come on you Hull City
only you can do this now
No one else can fulfil this void empty place you are in now,
only you.
You may be at the very bottom?
looking up at a cold, star, filled nite.
while all around are partying dancing and generally enjoying life!

often sport and art imitate life
the life around you as you live this moment
That's the great thing about sharing drama, the emotions, the spirit of the occasion.
God bless you this day,
God bless myself in all am trying to achieve.
God bless Hull City as we try to survive in the premier league.

update on those of us who chose not to vote

Those of us who did`nt vote
an update
we did not vote for the `others`
we did not vote for those who kept their seats
we did not vote for those who lost their seats
simply l and others made a choice to keep out of a corrupt system
Yet
you who voted blame us
you state
"its people like you who put the others in"
we did not take part
so therefore how on earth do you work out that ruling into any equation
as l travel on in my journey connecting with whatever is around me in my community
l ponder
reflected
process
perform
by not voting l performed a task
chose not to get involved in a tribal way of life
chose not to engage with wicked practice
yet
I am to blame
its my fault
all because l chose not to be involved in your vote

Sinking rat like feeling follow HCFC

What can one person say
The players did not perform
The process of managing these players was bloody awful
Supporters let down
Economy area not in a well being state
So called city of culture is now second rate

But life goes on live learn improve
Real issues come to the correct place in life
One player tweets about his new fast car
Is it fast enough toddies  him away from the KC

May 10, 2015

We are going down .......hull blowout of premier league

You got to recognise

That Jake Livermore more interested in his latest car and it got tobe fast

Hernia dis is more interested in his new. Haircut

humble stone just not interested

Steve Bruce interested in his beach body

Because you can't play like that if you interested in staying in the premier league

The fans resigned all interest

Yet

What could have been

Steve Bruce should start with Nikica Jelavic, if fully fit, in place of Sone Aluko, increasing our accuracy and work rate up front while having the option of Aluko's pace from the bench in the second half.

First and foremost, however, a change of attitude is definitely needed after today’s performance. We have nothing to lose now and everything to gain. The Tigers need to pull themselves together and play without fear next Saturday. It’s going to be hard, and it may take a small miracle but it’s not quite over yet.

Oh yeah
Heard it on the radio
Phaftic
Awful
We deserve to go down
Let's be honest here

Her new material has also seen Philippa reach audiences well beyond her established faith fan base. The most recent single release is Hollywood, in Philippa’s words “a song about the reality of relationships and the value of true love’s endurance.” “I really wanted to create songs which give people hope, wherever they are with their faith journey.” A great example of this approach can be seen in her earlier single, ‘I Am Amazing’, a powerful rallying call to those wanting to break free from low self-esteem

The vulnerable

They have not yet appeared as a topic with our politics
Actually your politicians l do not vote
The only thing l want from the political classes is their blood flowing thru the streets
Not much too ask
But the poor
The vulnerable
Those without
Those oppressed
Those neglected
Not figured as they do not count to the political classes
They are hidden
In very much the way they have hidden towns and cities
Hidden
Ignored
