Some of the tablets l am on are not helping me with a weight issue also this weather prevents me from getting out

it sometimes feel like l am making excuses not to keep myself fit but l do try hard walking where l can and be active

life is strange has someone once said and it is strangely so communicating with several people but

 l am not getting  where l need to be.. time to have  a rethink...perhaps

them some fruit and veg they love it,

however they can be aggressive towards one of the group

l have to use rest periods well and can not do anything like l used too do
but l am elderly soon so My journey is nearer the station then at start

l don`t know if l felt fortunate but as the weather closed in and got chilly l recalled a few weeks ago as l lay in hospital worried and in pain
l began to long for the normality of going to work
a simple process
so work in the chilly winter became something l wanted

sometimes l wish we could talk
but this year the hospital got in the way (  late dec 12-early 2/1/13)
they thought l had a blood clot or even phumaina
it turns out it was just a chest infection
l grumble a lot about my health
but it does not help seeing the lines from you
there is some pain there at present

what the best 2013 hospital
 patients is wearing
look like a chain gang member

l cannot figure what to say or how to respond
or even by what medium
but relationships are hard l expect
when health is another issue it even harder
who knows what pain others are experiencing
until you spend some time with them
all around us are pain, death, new life, hope, and some despair,
that's this thing called life
l expect
me l am out of hospital but back again just for the day tomorrow 4th jan 2013
life is a challenge at present
lets hope it gets better for all ..not just for me
