A bridge between communities,
between the old and the young,
to be a bridge in such a way
means sometimes people are going to walk over you!
it can be painful.
Often in youth work we boast that we are there to serve
to be a bridge.

not in a angry kinda painful way
but more a matter,statement of fact kinda way
