Perhaps its time for straight talking,harsh even try tough decision making from those feel called to lead. Services like housing, infrastructure of roads, education, health,community cohesion, shops are all struggling . Crime, cultural challenges, come to head. Heard talk on the streets of owning Guns, and marshalling resources to govern localities. Tough complex issues . Hearing more polarized views, people expressing out of fear,mistrust,anxiety, poverty, damaging statements. Feel hurt damaged poor people more likely suggest  views, when they are  combatting injustice, economic struggles, emotional literacy is stunted. Look towards,( in personal experience) those with aggressive policies.
