In my brain
I see your face again
I know my frame of mind
You ain't got to be so blind.
. . . I'm a man
Can't you see what I am?
I live and I breathe for you
But what good does it do
If I ain't got you, ain't got?
A significant number of those working with vulnerable and ill in health, are waiting until they are exhausted, before looking after ourselves. l have found in discussion when we reach `open honest` communication, some will accept own wellbeing often falls to bottom of caring support.
Also discovered evidence that partnership working and integrated approaches are not active in care for others.
Two reasons for this one is low qualifications of service providers, lack of training ,education, understanding held by service providers workforce.

#Need to be very often Prayer#
Deliver us, Lord,
from our passion
for self-indulgence,
from believing that our position
must be yours,
that our own perspectives
and preferences, give us an
understanding of your will.
Keep us instead open to your Spirit,
to being changed, by your wisdom, your love.
