We all need to set some kind of healthy boundaries, looking after yourself is real important.
l try not to get involved in silly stuff around `Soap Dramas` and peoples efforts to alter `How they Look But even giggle a bit at injections to fatten lips.
But that not for myself.
Setting such boundaries about how `Others` impact you as you, takes effort.
When we erect emotional fences, Does it limit you in other ways l am thinking exposure to new experiences and relationships.
l am concerned about me becoming a bit intolerable, staying in a unhealthy Zone,not thinking broader.
Of course how healthy the body is influences how healthy the relationships you form are.?
then coming into play are context...where you are..who you spend time with..social cohesion..situations ,life Dramas all factor in..How you are feeling.
Fun
Life is hard..but it is fun..not simple.Key to success in life is working hard at Relationships.
So I encourage us all to keep healthy boundaries around what you can achieve, along with who allow access to You.
work on relationships with people you like chatting with, having a cuppa, walking sandy beach with.
The rest give time and some energy.
Of course l am talking about personal not work boundaries in this sector of this blog.
