One year ago packing to spend some time in the islands of Malta
As was my normal..three weeks later expleded sent back to UK along many others.
This virus arrived.....for health reasons Malta good for myself.
Reminds me never know what could be ahead..who knows what might blindside you
In near future.
Hold onto beliefs...invest in friends seek wise counsel
Believe in you. . .
I never expected to be this ill...however the life previous lived enables me excist healthier
Mental wellness increased by faith.....
That simple.
That wellbeing tested by operatic intrusion, dramatic mind Field l placed myself.
Conversations get me to better place.
