The first thing that strikes you is that throughout the document, the ‘b’ in the word ‘Black’ is capitalised, and the ‘w’ in the word ‘white’ is not.

They are the privileged few, not poor impoverished White kidz nor community's they often come from.
But this is not what anyone cares about,BARNARDOS they just want to be seen to be 'vocal slaves' in the current echo chamber.
These are not correct concerns,they are concerns of elite.
This society is ill but got nothing to do with a pandamic.
