 Watch everything
Go to all that the church/community /youth group active among. Visit  youthie, home groups, meetings, and take in a service.  Avoid wanting to get  stuck into anything, Observe watch. Watch, look, listen, monitor in your own recordings.
start trying to breathe the culture in, where is your credibility going to be, find the  pulse and find the heart of this Church  mission....
