Life here is hard, it gets worse and then you die.

This narrative will tell the reality of living in north Hull, where residents are spat at ,had homes covered in urine, police will not respond, busses avoid area, taxi drivers also stay away.

The ghetto we have created falls into any modern urban tale told on `net-flicks` any HBO
Box-set you want to purchase. Except it real.
Life’s are threatened and lack of purpose and quality.
It a world, lets be blunt here created by poor small minded councillors, governed supported and managed by Government that cares nothing for such people.
Life here is hard, it gets worse and then you die.

...that harsh, it`s unkind...my experience tell me that what many think!
This morning a guy approached me, with no previous communication...
--said to me "wish l was dead...it been awful life don`t know why still here..."
Speak to few each week who feel,LIFE its pointless....life holds nothing..the Poverty has won..imagine
Being in this place decade after decade.

Been challenge as youth community worker ,in these environments ...that not been easy either, Unsure what hope can bring if system stays like this...frightened of becoming institutionalised.
Unable to view events away from culture of the environment.

Life here is hard, it gets worse and then you die.

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
