Stuck here emotionaly

Sometimes.. like me, at present we get stuck
Stuck in this moment
Stuck in a moment
No matter how we try
We just can not get out of this moment

 So draw on all your self skills
The internal stuff
Reflect on previous moments being stuck in a moment
Just can not get out of or away from that life
The life that is hard and not like the movies . . . . Life is sometimes simply stuck.....
Like the 45 rpm single playing over and over again on the turntable of life . . .
Unlike the record player life does not present a reject button . . .just gotta get thru this
