Some of the risk factors for heart disease and eventually a heart attack are high blood pressure, diabetes, sleep apnea, and high cholesterol
Add to that living in the north east, supporting hull city,waiting for jessie to phone from a fonebox, to say grab the cat and drive real fast,
Add to that poor eyesight,walking along beaches on freezing windy chill factor days,
