This day and some thoughts

Soon now will be time to get back in the cold north sea.
Have either long paddle or a canoe maybe get real clever and swim it invigorates me feel all sense of well being so important.

This stinking bull he just looks at me and despite being ill
 have to go right round him.

Got to admit after bit of fasting just blown out on a meal and with some fiends chatting about to add an ice cream to the list but walk it all off.
