Why is it called Alcoholics Anonymous when the first thing you do is stand up and say, 'My name is Harold and I am an alcoholic'?

This is one of my most beautiful tracks ..sanctury..by Christian foresure and called Sanctury first heard it listening to a programme about the cruel killing by Islamist of people at Taverstock Square 
it moved me so very much and l like to listen to this  if you know myself recognise that l have very varied music love ....hope you get the chance to hear this yourself via CD or Iplay or other form..ENJOY
