Take a seat, sit, reflect.
you think got issues, concerns, problems,

Gather your thoughts, and face whatever is ahead,
take a seat.
Don`t really need to say anything just sit.
No platitudes about faith, God, Religion or the less important stuff
take a seat, sit, stop all the clocks.
The wasted energy, fighting,
