its the Archers and l am one of the one in 11 who listen to this drama.
Over the years, some of the topics addressed include everything from the British floods,people lost property and lives put at risk,
and a pet died and came back to living among us in this
Scruff.
That old chestnut of course Fox hunting, BSE crisis of the late 1980s and early 1990s, Britain joining the Common Market along with the closure of the Royal Show in 2009.
not everything has been an easy listen
- In 1955, 20 million listeners tuned in when Grace Archer tragically died in her husband’s arms after she tried to rescue a horse from a barn fire.
