practical side of my heart treatment

  • so here what l am experiencing and learning about my heart condition as l sit strapped up to machines in a cardiac clinic somewhere in a dark corridor in deepest northern parts of a forgotten city.

  • Budget energy wisely. Guard energy.   yes try to do that
  • Have a regular schedule. Or go to bed early. another one to tick off
  • Do gentle modified stretching or yoga. freck sake me and yoga
  • Nutritious balanced snacks such as protein bar and fruit. NO
  • Get the best sleep at night possible. Always try

  • Eat on a regular schedule.   already there with that
  • Eat enough protein.              """"""""""
  • Alternate periods of activity and rest.                           count me in that one also
  • Check for deficiencies such as iron or vitamin B-12.    thats been done several time sOK in that
  • While resting, plan for what you’ll do when you are more able.  not possible
  • Check for side effects of medicines. Take them at the best time of day to avoid fatigue.
  • that often area overlooked
  • Caffeine.  I very very seldom drink coffee
  • When the body says “No more” – stop.   body already stops me with this fatigue issue
  • Watch a movie.            Take large naps.  Unsure what being said here
  • Delegate and oversee                             Already do that much as possible

  • well that all very practical but what will be the medical symptoms more later??
  •

That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
