The leader of the Malta Police Officers' Union has backed a call by several US police organisations to boycott superstar Beyoncé concerts because of offensive remarks she made about the police in the US.
Inspector Sandro Camilleri said the singer angered the American police when she alleged that they discriminating against black people.
The inspector pointed out that the singer's husband, Jay Z has a criminal history.
The Miami Fraternal Order of Police, Sergeants Benevolent Association'of New York, National Sheriffs Association, National Association of Police Organizations, Massachusetts Police Association, Dallas Police Association, Houston Police Officers Union of Texas and others have told their members to boycott Beyonce and her musical tours.
