just had the most enjoyable walk
along the cliffs as the sun shone down on us all
it been a great day weather wise
although my hearts needs a rest
few tablets to take another factor
been for myself the need to process my thoughts and prepare for
a few days away at the coast of north yorkshire
with family and friends but thats next week
