Some further Kevin advice

The hardest thing to get right are relationships!
I am not a simple or difficult person,
But relationships are the key to how l worked profession.
So difficult to get correct.
The culture we live in places little value in working hard on this topic, but we get advice, encouragement, to make good commercial practice
Relationship advice not sought, or taught until going wrong

Money without it life is so hard.
They ask about the quality of life here.
I wring my hands at God.
Gotta ask why oh why is it so tough here.?

Has the wheel of fortune passed me by

Did it just pass up the street
Going past my address
Again not visiting
Or staying
Leaving me to curse life
Seagulls still shit on you

all this is mine

so whats so old fashioned
about
Praying
Waiting
Hoping
Searching
everything l suppose
but that my lot at present
all of this is mine
Praying

still mornings just a moment away

Feels autumn is here

So summer came stayed kept us warm
Healthy walks
Beach time mountains climded
Friends visited
Ice cream eaten
Picnics enjoyed
Now chilly mornings
Porridge
Cooler
Wrap up for walks
Dark nites
Fresher schools collages back
Invisible but grateful,56 year old man walks the cliffs
Listening still to the sea cashing against the cobbles on the beach
The sound of birds migrating
The sense that another season is hanging
Still l hear you calling me home
I hear you calling me home

But it been 10 years
They have gone by
Still the memories linger
I wait, go back in my mind

poverty in jewish nation?

Jews across Israel and around the world will be celebrating the Feast of Sukkot. This feast is first mentioned in the scriptures at Sinai with the giving of the Law in Exodus 23:14-16 as the Feast of Ingathering. It was to be celebrated after the children of Israel entered the Promised Land at the end of the year after gathering the fruits of their labors from the field, as one of the three times in the year when all males were to come and appear before Yahweh God to worship Him. The order for the feast was established during the Israelites' wilderness journey when they dwelt in “booths” (sukkot).

During this harvest festival, many people sleep in small booths to remember the wandering of the Chosen People through the wilderness...and they celebrate with feasting for a full week...but for the hungry of Israel, this is no time of joy. Instead, they wonder why they have to go to bed hungry every night...why others enjoy special meals and fun things to eat...why they are left out. Poverty and hunger are very real threats to many Jewish children today, as well as to many elderly Holocaust survivors.

KEVIN EXCITED JUICES FLOWING

Going to meet someone today
have a coffee
chat
talk
about a Church service
that excites me!
gets my juices flowing
listening to music
talking about the lyrics in the song
tempo of the emotions
the sound
listening
that gets my juices flowing
hearing from friends

knowing that missing you is also part of me being me
kissing
snogging
that really gets my juices flowing

being human
understanding the culture of my friends who ethnicity does not registor
because they are my friends
that gets my juices flowing

what gets your juices flowing?
what excite you?
what makes you come alive?

f.o.g.

Being lifted up is living in the F.O.G.—the Favor of God. In order to do that, you and I must give all our cares and worries today to God. We must trust Him to care for us. In other words, the worries and cares are no longer ours. We have cast those on Him. To achieve that, we must humble ourselves because it takes humility to acknowledge that, through the blood of Jesus, He can bear our cares.
Also it`s been foggy!

quotes from my current favorite read

“The most important thing in life is to learn how to give out love, and to let it come in.
2. Forgive yourself before you die. Then forgive others.
3. Death ends a life, not a relationship.
4. Once you learn how to die, you learn how to live.
5. Sometimes you cannot believe what you see, you have to believe what you feel. And if you are ever going to have other people trust you, you must feel that you can trust them too-even when you are in the dark. Even when you're falling.
6. As you grow old, you learn more. If you stayed at twenty-two, you'd always be as ignorant as you were at twenty-two. Aging is not just decay, you know. It's growth. It's more than the negative that you're going to die, its also the positive that you understand you're going to die, and that you live a better life because of it.”

advice mixed up remix

1. love God commit to the example and teaching of Jesus

try hard to Tell the truth.

2. Treat everyone with respect.

no yelling
no hitting
no kicking
no name-calling
no put-downs

3. No arguing among self but speak your truth quietly and clearly.

We want and value your input and ideas, but arguing means you have made your points more than once.

4. Respect each other’s property.

Ask permission to use something that doesn’t belong to you.

5. Do what Mom and Dad say the first time.

without complaining or throwing a fit!

6. Ask permission before you go somewhere.

7. Put things away that you take out.

8. Look for ways to be kind and helpful to each other.

try this one as well . . . . .
Go placidly amid the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence.

As far as possible, without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even to the dull and the ignorant, they too have their story. Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit.

If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself. Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs, for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals, and everywhere life is full of heroism. Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love, for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is perennial as the grass.

Take kindly to the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.

Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life, keep peace in your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.

Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

Ladies and Gentlemen of the class of ’99
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be
it. The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by
scientists whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable
than my own meandering
experience…I will dispense this advice now. Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh nevermind; you will not
understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded.
But trust me, in 20 years you’ll look back at photos of yourself and
recall in a way you can’t grasp now how much possibility lay before
you and how fabulous you really looked….You’re not as fat as you
imagine. Don’t worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as
effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing
bubblegum. The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that
never crossed your worried mind; the kind that blindside you at 4pm
on some idle Tuesday. Do one thing everyday that scares you Sing Don’t be reckless with other people’s hearts, don’t put up with
people who are reckless with yours. Floss Don’t waste your time on jealousy; sometimes you’re ahead, sometimes
you’re behind…the race is long, and in the end, it’s only with
yourself. Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults; if you
succeed in doing this, tell me how. Keep your old love letters, throw away your old bank statements. Stretch Don’t feel guilty if you don’t know what you want to do with your
life…the most interesting people I know didn’t know at 22 what they
wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year
olds I know still don’t. Get plenty of calcium. Be kind to your knees, you’ll miss them when they’re gone. Maybe you’ll marry, maybe you won’t, maybe you’ll have children, maybe
you won’t, maybe you’ll divorce at 40, maybe you’ll dance the funky
chicken on your 75th wedding anniversary…what ever you do, don’t
congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either – your
choices are half chance, so are everybody else’s. Enjoy your body,
use it every way you can…don’t be afraid of it, or what other people
think of it, it’s the greatest instrument you’ll ever
own.. Dance…even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room. Read the directions, even if you don’t follow them. Do NOT read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly. Get to know your parents, you never know when they’ll be gone for
good. Be nice to your siblings; they are the best link to your past and the
people most likely to stick with you in the future. Understand that friends come and go,but for the precious few you
should hold on. Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and
lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you
knew when you were young. Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard; live
in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft. Travel. Accept certain inalienable truths, prices will rise, politicians will
philander, you too will get old, and when you do you’ll fantasize
that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were
noble and children respected their elders. Respect your elders. Don’t expect anyone else to support you. Maybe you have a trust fund,
maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one
might run out. Don’t mess too much with your hair, or by the time you're 40, it will
look 85. Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who
supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of
fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the
ugly parts and recycling it for more than
it’s worth. But trust me on the sunscreen

beheaded with a machete

Imagine. After British Muslims were beheading American journalists, and the Islamic State had conquered huge swaths of Iraq and Syria, and Boko Haram kidnapped hundreds of Christian girls while burning schools and killing doctors and teachers, and Hamas fired rockets daily at innocent Jewish populations, the enemedia are still acting as the Der Stürmer of Islamic supremacism. Every headline in the beheading story said that it was not terrorism. And I ask every rational freedom-loving human being: Is being beheaded with a machete while gardening in your backyard terror?

So what do l do to make it funky, fresh, person friendlier.
My budget was not brilliant , did not really
Wanna buy second hand but times are tough.
Maybe just a few cover ups and cleaning stuff.
Simple every day issue to face,
Expecting house full of visitors for the next few days
Feel mega blessed got some food in ,
Non alcoholic drinks,
Ready and waiting,
Good conversation,
Friendship.
Walks.
Talks.
Emotional sharing,
Building that previous thing called relationships,
Mending a few,
Building more memories.

People need finger tips without such we cannot talk
They cannot show empathy

We need to communicate often with honesty
Sometimes there might well be anger

wee bit more cum on you `ell

Although Abel Hernandez, Mohamed Diame and Gaston Ramirez all met supporters' thirst for fresh blood after a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa 15 days ago, it is Ben Arfa who sets pulses skipping ahead of tonight's visit of West Ham United.

The 27-year-old comes with a certain reputation to thrill and excite. The unexpected comes naturally for a figure so often branded a genius on Tyneside.

That ultimately proved to be Ben Arfa's downfall during a turbulent spell under Alan Pardew at Newcastle. He finished his days in black and white training with the youth team and has not started a Premier League game since March.

City boss Steve Bruce preyed on that awkward state of limbo with an irresistible proposition on deadline day and now he wants Ben Arfa to live up to the star billing in East Yorkshire.

"There might be a bit of a maverick in him, but there's a few mavericks around here so he's in good company," said Bruce.

A proper responce to ISA

Bombing bases scattered over a vast area, often in the city, will not be easy.
But it’s a plan
Even more difficult is the necessary political effort. We must force Baghdad to make peace with its minorities. We must seek to put an end to the Syrian tragedy. This implies a massive political and diplomatic investment. At least as much as a military intervention
Grant you that also a plan

I really believe you can not pussy foot about with these people who have murdered , who have beheaded, who have crucified people, many not westerners but people who lived in peace with their neighbours since milliaium. The leader is begdadi, he was imprisoned by the Americans for three years, and his plans were quite clear, if the intelligence people didn’t know what these people were capable of doing we really are in trouble.

Perhaps we should use the same tactics on them that they use on others
Here the best plan.
Take all their families monies and positions imprison then butcher every living relative
Hang their carcases down the high streets of all our cities and towns
You want a piece of this sure we gonna give you a piece of this also
OH BUT l hear people say that so unspiritual it so unchristian!

Where in the Bible does it say allow your children to be butchered?
old folks robbed and murdered?
Your females young and old to be raped?

because that the shock here not what you are reading
but that you feel so liberal you apease killers murders and terrorists.

Cum on you ell back to soccer weekend

Tt is Bruce who this situation affects. The fact he was quizzed about the name change issue again yesterday at his weekly press conference rather than the focus being on West Ham is evidence of that. Bruce will shield his players from the situation, but how much this whole affair affects him is difficult to assess.

Remember us? Pleased to announce myself, Edge, Adam and Larry have finally given birth to our new baby… Songs of Innocence. It’s been a while. We wanted to get it right for you/us. We just finished it last week and thanks to Apple and iTunes it’s with you today. That’s already amazing to me as it normally takes a few months to turn this stuff around.

Part of the DNA of this band has always been the desire to get our music to as many people as possible. In the next 24 hours, over a half a billion people are going to have Songs of Innocence… should they choose to check it out. That is so exciting. People who haven’t heard our music, or weren’t remotely interested, might play us for the first time because we’re in their library. Country fans, hip hop afficionados from east LA, electro poppers from Seoul, Bhangra fans from New Delhi, Highlifers in Accra… might JUST be tempted to check us out, even for a moment. What a mind blowing, head scratching, 21st century situation. Over 500 million people… that’s a billion ears. And for the people out there who have no interest in checking us out, look at it this way… the blood, sweat and tears of some Irish guys are in your junk mail.

You’ll have noticed the album is free to U2.com’ers from the band. It’s also free to everyone on iTunes thanks to Apple. To celebrate the ten year anniversary of our iPod commercial, they bought it as a gift to give to all their music customers. Free, but paid for. Because if no-one's paying anything for it, we’re not sure “free” music is really that free. It usually comes at a cost to the art form and the artist… which has big implications, not for us in U2, but for future musicians and their music... all the songs that have yet to be written by the talents of the future… who need to make a living to write them.

What do l see l see The Lord in everyone
So sang Minnie riper ton
In the song 'on the edge of heaven'
That what we should all see
This morning spent with a lady from Chapeltown Leeds talking about 1400
1400 girls from a Yorkshire town abused recently
She said and l fully agree the "Police knew and choose to do nothing"
1400
