l hope l see you in heaven;- larry norman

The song was recorded by a now departed performer called Larry Norman. who was perhaps the original Christain gospel artist, certainly of the last few decades a influnacial artist, but not well known outside of main stream gospels artists. A influnce in spiritual terms on Dylan and Martin joesph the song is beautiful expression of faiths fulfilment. We all wonder about 2 things as we face death.

what will happen to our loved ones?
What legacy will we leave?

these are the themes of this poem/song it about reflecting and wondering about the deeper big stuff like all songs it often up to the listener to hear the words and find own meaning. But the gospel artist that he was, Larry Norman, would always be asking is "he gonna see you in heaven".Ponder anew.

Going places...

Some people just don't        know how to be Kind.         Age doesn't season them,       time does not mellow Them.  Try ...

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
