So get into the habit of doing something we regard as spiritual walking along the street to the path like below and across the Dene my health issue prevent me going as far as l used too go but time and effort l still walk during these periods l am in my watchtower moments talking but also listening to God sometimes just quiet l sit and look across the Dene out to sea and listen
