Now can be OK

Last week had such a lot of listening to do . . . I must not take for granted nor forget or neglect the fact that l am in NOW . .  The long  period when it feels like nothing is happening...Of very much significance but NOW.. The long now,is where l am.. with its fears.. a sense of hopelessness, But l must listen and wait for myself it is so hard to be in the long NOW
