it is bitterly cold today and getting colder
l am full of awful cold and that is affecting my sleep
plus my energy levels
when will spring arrive?
there is a bleakness in my heart
it affects my spirit
understand how others feel blue also when its so very cold
but travel onwards taking each day

was in hospital yesterday and today for some heart stress
heart relaxing treatment/investigations.Normal?
