There is still beauty everywhere........even l.. in my most cynical days find a crocus?looking uP and reminding myself of Gods presence.
talking about the ending of the youth project and bringing issues to a close last payments,insurance...moving on..equipment..freindsjips relationships...the tough stuff
the everyday run of the mill essential stuff
all stuff with young people and life's they live affected...

roles
issues
...all good stuff..that's a youth expression...

l tried my hand at baking and really do not know what went wrong but they do look inviting placed along side  a lemon and a few grapes bet would make a nice painting in some `how to paint book`.

This piece of sculpture has been placed on the south promenade and its very large.
they say it is to represent the lost life's as this old gentleman sits on the prom and looks out to sea, still having the pictures of his old mates in his memories.
l find myself enjoying reflecting when l am walking along the cliffs anywhere on the north east coast.
At present l feel reflect for too long.

Some photos to remind us of part of the incredible journey that has been fitness for life from August 2007 to Feb 2012 one of our last photo chances walking along the cliffs Feb 2012 in minus 3 degrees keeping fit healthy and sharing conversations

The Sea, the cold North Sea l suppose from January to December we have waded in and swam,canoed,paddled and always learning about life.sometimes we have gone in real deep talking about life`s big issue`s sometimes chatting like a paddle in the cold sea,talking about the smaller stuff still quite important.

Always among the challenges around behaviour there has been laughter,such profound sharing and Occasionally we had to face death and lose of a life,losing loved ones.

The discussion ranged from "whats on the maccydee £1 menu" to" my brothers been killed".

TONITE WE BROUGHT THE CURTAIN DOWN ON FITNESS4LIFE

Love it', when you go down the street and music is playing not too loud, musical people, sharing their skills

Appreciative`smuck like me`,walks past unable to play a note.
Really love music its healing power
and sense of community, it can bring about be it listening too an emotional love song, protest song, rapp,or some stirring classical piece.
In life, can Kevin suggest in fitness and sport, try and keep your eye on the ball. 

My Time at present

Time is effected by lots of different issues,
working harder to get into employment
also trying to maintain the youth club up North.
There is a lot of talk about` the Big Society`,what l am experiencing is without the fiances also other support,it is not possible to carry on provision.
Very soon l will be ending `Fitness4life`, it is a mega hard call, although a necessary response to funding.

SAINTS

somebody writing about saints as l read today had Malcolm X,martin Luther king,franchise of Assie and Jesus all in same vein.
spiritual leaders Saints one is much more......others leave me unsure..but value the person who wrote the article values that view

The winter sun although weak can present some beautiful images
it also very important not to hibernate,getting wrapped up ..take a camera ....get some images.There is a kinda beauty almost like in the book `the Road `, the darkness and drudgery . . . still find hope.
Winter not like that although tuff...we have lots of hope.
Warm food.. contact with friends.. getting out `n` about
surviving winter... brings hope and beauty also

         out and about minus-3,chill factor biting ..but we had a laugh.90 minutes along the cliffs kept us fit
   Chris the youth worker here been with us part time for 2 years and has developed some mega skills
    very valuable,listening,sharing self, fitness specifics and some of this group been attending for 5 years...few been occasional in attendance.Often in youth work gotta use local culture to enable provision.

bitterly cold afternoon in February

 near us and along the beech on a wet bitterly cold afternoon in February England along the Northern coast
l often and much more ,go for walks, general jog along the coast well wrapped up.
i thought would be clever and wear me old footie boots( to cope with wet sand.. )this was not a good idea.

 l have developed this love of the coast from Hornsea up to the Holy Island, as Lindsferne is know as
many happy memories this winter is very long even though l have broken the back with the Christmas new year break.
Only  11 months to go.........Doesn`t Christmas come around quickly...LOL

the trouble with twitter..the fone..e-mails..is you can`t quite get the emoition behind the words

some truth in what l read here not sure about youth club image we have not used computers for weeks and there is astrong sense of belonging ...but have not been paid as no funding for any staff.

Vincent van goth was a troubled soul who was not really valued in his own time
he was a failed Evangelist of sorts and tried hard to reach those less fortunate around him
he captured images with the skills he had of those around him
he desperately wanted to see those around him saved and unfortunately this overpowered him and perhaps led to his mental state
despite his skills he took his own life but we have memories of his images and they are displayed in many homes
the originals are very valued and l cant recall how many millions the sun flowers went for but
it was very many
captured here is  one of the images l have copied in my home....
however troubled we are..need to value the skills we have
value sharing with others.
