In Hull thin skating line icy roads

tried hard to get a flick for you of the sun rising as l travelled to Hull
it was a awkward and long journey
but the radio and CD music kept me happy
arrived at Mums and had lovely cup of tea and kit kat
life is tuff
LOL
enjoyed giving gifts and spending time with family
real joy

the previous nite has part of my contribution to the big society

ran fitness 4 life

all male attendance and good session

discipline fitness boxing odd chat

good performance

something never change

thats just the way it is.
