headphones around my neck always make me look fat.
did some house work yesterday it made such a difference to how l spent last evening and the warmth l felt in the house
where l live is very cold and chilly,
especially this time of the year.
how am l feeling at present?
frustrated, sometimes l take a bit to much on,
not great at delegating tasks.
miss my friends,
this is the area where l work and not easy to relax in this environment.
feel the cold and this affects my motivation.
the isolation can be challenging.
