SATURDAY THINKING ALOUD

As the transfer window hones into view, Steve Bruce the Hull City manager, will be desperate for there to be no repeat of last week performance when he felt too many players allowed uncertainty over their futures to affect the result.

Its Saturday that means footie on the radio, later on the TV drama emotions excitement and later perhaps the disappointment even discussion
its all about life

The situation with those immigrating across Europe and towards Europe is also a point of discussions
For what its worth we need to be very careful many are attempting to come here to the UK for all the wrong reasons
Including to kill and steal
economically it hard times and polish car washers and leaflet disrupters are simply taking employment away from young people
Stopping them getting into employment
Same with Turks kebab making not needed
mostly they are young dark skinned males
Why is this not an issue
We do not need nor do we want them here
stay in your own countries and change the structure
Fight your battles there
even those who have various faiths create ghettos where they do not mix with any but there own eke, yes eke they will only mix with those who share same values from own cultures
So we have various Islamist groups
Black led Churches
Polish catholic clubs
Turkish smoking and eating places
Many are not welcome in these establishments
Nor do they welcome others

God says good nite

Good nite creation sings ponder all at this view
Take some time create a little faith in you
Sunsets tells me that time falling away
Health and concern passing
But it's not fresh and new
Ahead doubt perhaps pain
But the Son remains bright
Life in all its fullness
Is promised from time well passed
Like the tide and wave it waits
A season to perform
The choice is yours

Good nite creation states

Just sayin

@KevinWllr:

Weekend footie on the couch

We'll suppose that's what the players of hull city must be feeling like this morning as they sit on their settees money comeing out of very cushion wall panel place in the fridge
Yet again the supporters are let down not a good performance and a weekly wage many could not get in a year
Read that again because it's true
Families live on less then many footie players earn in a week for the year
Some poor could only imagine the amount of weekly money they earn in a year of struggle
All they have to do is perform once a week

Any way Church for me now
Last few days in Highlands of Scotland

Health breathing been an issue last few days
Struggle and slight discomfort

hang that DJ

used to love
playing music that others enjoyed
devising a playlist changeing and trying new sounds
samples fusion old over new

this is my church

this is my flock

tonight GOD is the DJ

GREAT ATMOSPHERE
WHAT IMAGE DO YOU HAVE OF CHURCH

"Oh Margret you are such a inspiration

"well David lets meet up at your place you got loads of spare room despite the attack on bedrooms it won`t affect us we can shame the council house tennants and the sick and elderly in many others ways"

The Beatles 50 years ago last week
when the began to shock the music world
still to this day l get out my vinyl
listen to loads of 33 and 45`s
that won`t make much sense to some
in the digital age we live in.
Music has been a great love of mine
Music was my first love
and it will be my last.
Music of the future
and music of the past.

To live without my music
would be impossible to do.
In this world of troubles,
my music pulls me through

me and my health

so now the kids are back at school its warm sunny and pleasant
walks are tough as l struggle with breathing although that may be due to the humid weather
which affects flow of Oxygen

Oxygen travel around my system bit differently since the veins were harvested from my left leg and add to the route around my heart
Tablets and sprays help
odd time its a struggle being
breathless make me personally feel more vulnerable

Wisdom considered

Psalms 104:24
Lord, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches

Just great views despite the chilly start
Suppose it's about getting older
Although feels different
Seasonaly feels colder
Not perhaps  . .But it's the relationships feel different
Searching for .  .  . meaning find wisdom all around

Come on city

Come on you Ell
Come on you hull

It that time of the year
Footie season

Come on U 'Ell

Just for you forever angel . . .just for you

Greed's all gone now, there's no question
And I can see you push your hair behind your ear

Regain your balance
Doesn't matter where she is tonight
Or with whoever she spends her time
If these arms were meant to hold her
They were never meant to hold her so tight

For the love of that girl
Greed's all gone now, panic subsides
When I could run, pulling arms to love her
Try to put myself on the inside
Of the love of that girl
Tears swell, you don't know why
For the love of that girl
They never fall, they can never run dry
For the love of that girl

Promise is never over, never questions that needed reply
But she could breathe deep into my neck
Let me know I'm just on the outside

Of the love of that girl
Tears swell, you don't know why
For the love of that girl
They never fall, they can never run dry
For the love of that girl
Greed's all gone now, there's no question
And I can see you push your hair behind your ears

Regain your balance
Doesn't matter where she is tonight
Or with whoever she spends her time
If these arms were meant to hold her
They were never meant to hold her so tight

For the love of that girl
Tears swell, you don't know why
For the love of that girl
They never fall, they can never run dry
for the love of that girl

The Christian is promised that although weeping may endure for a night, joy will eventually come in the morning. But we are never told how long that night will be or how long our season of grief may last. Your theology and your faith are shaped as much by those seasons of grief as they are by glimpses of a joyful morning.

Me l am here at present . .in the long now

What this sign trying to tell me
To love the long now
To go and live another life
To not be selfish love life l already got
The place l am in
The pain l feel
The weariness
Or
Live life how you want it to be
Or
Anyway back to the telly . . L wish ..back to the wet cold tiredness

Bit of worry in my life at present
That's the life l live
In the long now

we are struggling sinking ship in championship

pies and strength on paper

“We do have loads of pies but we can’t sell you any,” said the youth behind the counter. “They’re not hot enough.”
“Not hot enough!” bellowed a starved old soul, slobbering at the rows of elusive pickings just metres from his fists. “You’ve only had four months to cook the bastards,” salivating at the wall of pastries like a prisoner behind bars.
The chap grudgingly opted for a rubbery, oversized sausage in a parched, undersized bun grumbled at the injustice of it all.

This time last year most people were waxing lyrical about the business Hull had done in the transfer window to help them push on in the Premier League.

It just goes to show that names on a piece of paper are just that and a major recruitment drive doesn’t necessarily equal success.

Steve Bruce has had to be active again over the summer to replace those jumping ship after relegation. Robbie Brady and James Chester are amongst those who departed for big money.

Arsenal striker Chuka Akpom has come in on loan, £3.5 million has been splashed out on Brentford full back Moses Odubajo and their hot on the trail of Bees forward Andre Gray for reported silly money.

They’ve also got some Premier League names down the spine of the team like Tom Huddlestone, Michael Dawson and Nikica Jelavic.

Again, you’d have to say they look mightily strong on paper.

Sunday pace

The beach went on for miles, it was
great walking with the sun coming down and the warmth, falling away.

l always have this sense of God
As l walk around my area
talk  . .listen  . .and communicate
thoughts, sometimes just lost in them.
sometimefs l am a bit of a proscrinator

LIFE,often wee bit of a hurry,
today its about 'different pace'.

blessings on the beach

few days ago went paddling with my son basically two men one old the other still young of course l fell we got wet
laughed also marvelled at the daft things scuttling under the rocks
building sandcastles walking on wet sands all childish things
that you should do often together in a God created world

Two wins from two u ULL

Goals from substitutes Chuba Akpom and Greg Luer looked to have safely navigated City's path to the next round after a disappointing display against a spirited Stanley side, but twice the hosts defied their league position and the odds to salvage a worthy draw. Wasteful in front of goal, City huffed and puffed their way through the 120 minutes, riding their luck in a dramatic cup tie, high on energy, but from City's perspective, low on quality.

Still in my view two wins helps confidence
Start building now on the task ahead

Which is what l am doing at present

Wow in my garden and near by

The leaves for the courgettes
Appertaining from others you can eat them
Let you know
Great weather the last few days
In complete contrast to wickedness l witnessed recently on the drug den known as bransholme estate
There is such beauty
The pictures are from local wildlife sanctuary
Which me and Matthew my son visited yesterday

So much paper work and dry policy writing ahead this week
Ce la vie
Great to be doing this
Feel blessed

Deliver us from evil
As the lords prayers says
Beauty and wickedness sometimes side by side

Justice AWOL

Inflation getting worse most food stuff creeping up in price
Council tax raise by 2.9  percent
Employment not rising
Wages lost real value

Pain and sanctions against the disabled who are also unemployed
Further cutbacks
Again it's the poor suffering

Where Is justice?
No political solution
Bias against the vulnerable poor weak
Where is justice

Family life
Community in conflict
Chaotic lifestyle witnessed everyday
Where or where is justice

the new season of football

the season 2015/2016 is
about to start
there is hope excitment
let hope not the sadness and disappointment
Hull fans endured last year

anyway its here at last the new season
the weather is hot, sticky expections are high
long season like the journeys to work taking most weeks
long and slow difficult...it starts today

no not hidding or kidding about Hull

its summer in the north of England and like always its mixed day of weather but glad to have some sun
shining down on my little home town  now the mighty city of culture the mighty Hull.
who da hell
no not kidding Hull
the city of culture 2017

Life.."its not always about the hurrying"

Life is not hurrying
on to a receding future,
nor hankering after
an imagined past.
It is the turning
aside like Moses
to the miracle
of the lit bush,
to a brightness
that seemed as transitory as your youth
once,
but is the eternity that awaits you

My first Dolphin view

I saw myfirst Dolphins
Four in number only two days ago
They appeared to me to silent come up ad move with grace
But what really surprised myself was ME

It was a place called Nairn harbour on the Morey firth
I felt spiritual
Really almost overcome
Touched as l approached the viewing
They performed for a while as l watched
For twenty minutes
Saw dolphins swimming near me yards away

WHY
Didn't touch me so?

The long now

The journeys hard,cold,tough,
sometimes its getting through
,that's the whole of the now l stand in,
the long now

At the Nairn show this beautiful horse just hesitated
then did not jump the hurdle
like life
dont have too
just dont have too . . . simple. . .sometimes rare thats tur
simply do not have too!

Highlands show

Mega chilly just feel it's too soon
Way
Way
Way too soon for thermals
But cold again

Mind you some wear thermals all year round
Fruit porridge anyone
Now there a name for child'fruitporridge'
Can see that working

Spoke to liberal democrates yesterday
They just won't admit that they made things worse
At the Nairn show in the highlands
Tough weather ways very chilly and cold today

Great sense of community at these events
Sat with the Baptist drinking tea
Unfortunate ISSUE with local filth expect more issues later

The Matthew blessing,

The Matthew blessing, May God grant us enough stupidity to believe? We can go from this place and make the world a better place, May we wi...

MAYBE WE WON`T MEET AGAIN

. . . she got a postcard in the mail
That just said Heaven, with a picture of the ocean and the beach
The simple words he wrote her
Said he loved her
How he'd hold her if his arms would reach
Wish you were here, wish you could see this place
Wish you were near,Wish I could touch your face
The weather's nice, it's paradise
It's summertime all year and there's some folks we know
They say, "Hello, "
I miss you so, wish you were here"
