due to various factors our churches red nose event did not happen until last Friday.
it raised awareness around the different life style we enjoy and those less fortunate
l was impressed with the coming together of community and the fun element.

l need in my body to feel the warmth l have a condition called raynerds
other then that l am very healthy

l`m not as good l should be planning my own personal stuff.

getting ready for a restful few weeks.

it is freezing and the snow is falling again.
l listened and watched a rather old TV prog yesterday it was so hip like
the singer sang these words l been searching for a heart of gold
and l`m getting old,
he spoke/sang of his journey
the next song was about a neighbour who is a farmer and rather aged
he sang about the value and quality of that others life.
listened to radio 2 vine show and l guy was talking about how his son had died at the hands of a killer 5 minutes after he left home.
l really grieved.
grieved in my heart .
